Recovery week
This has been a tough week. I've been sick two days this week. My workouts have consisted of two short runs and one walk
Wednesday - run/walk
Thursday - walk at a good pace
Friday - 25 min run (slow & easy)
My Goals: To be a very strong mountain / road biker. Strength to ride hills. Endurance to ride 4 hours. I want to race mountain bikes (both XC and downhill).
