Today was a spin day.  30 minute spin with a 5 minute warm up.  I need to remember to isolate the workout from the warmup-cool down as far as heart rate info goes.  Max 78% Ave. 69% (with warm up and cool down).  I'm hoping that today is the end of my cold.  I came home from work yesterday and crashed for a couple of hours and still slept 7 hours last night...
