Monday
Today was a 30 minute run. I'm struggling with my heart rate monitor on the treadmill. If I wear my polar than the polar and the built in treadmill heart rate monitor differ by 10 bpm. So I'm just using the treadmill on and it doesn't give me averages etc. So I'm trying to stay consistent on the treadmill. So here it is. 30 minutes. 125 average (63%) and 135 max (68%). Pace was 17.08. I felt tired this morning and had to force myself to stay on the treadmill. my mantra was "don't touch those buttons" of course I wanted to push the stop button or at least the down arrow button.
