Saturday was another great day at cycle U. I'm amazed what a difference it makes riding 3 days a week in the fall. I haven't been outside on a bike, but still my legs feel much stronger (in class) each week. I found out Friday that the SU pool is open at 6 am for open water swim. I'm very excited. I was wondering if I'd get to swim this year. My workout schedule is coming together (slowly but sure). This is what it is looking like. M, W, F Swim. M, W, Sat Bike. Tues, Thurs run.

My Goals: To be a very strong mountain / road biker. Strength to ride hills. Endurance to ride 4 hours. I want to race mountain bikes (both XC and downhill).
