treadmill run
Today's run actually felt good. 30 minutes on the treadmill. Average HR about 68%. I forgot to look at distance. I took a few days of vacation just to R&R after finals. I'm feeling pretty good.
My Goals: To be a very strong mountain / road biker. Strength to ride hills. Endurance to ride 4 hours. I want to race mountain bikes (both XC and downhill).
