Sunday:

I had a nice ride with Julie up at Tolt today.  We left her house at 8:30am...hoping to beat the heat.  We were out for 3 hours.  Didn't cover a lot of ground but we had a good time.  Got home by noon to shower and start homework

I was glad to get out because I've been fighting a cold (actually it has gotten the better of me).  I've felt pretty crummy since Thursday.  I'm taking Sudafed to get the congestion down and cough medicine to keep the cough at bay.  I'm hoping it will clear out a bit (so far it has just moved into my chest).  So the ride was good in that I felt like I could breathe.

Friday:

Went out for an hour walk...felt good...despite my cold.
