St. Eds

Saturday, I rode St. Ed's with the Luna Chix on a slow ride.  I took the Nomad and picked the slower of the two groups.  I had a blast.  I made most of the climbs including a few technical ones. Rode a big stack of logs (the Nomad loves the technical).  I haven't ridden at St. Ed's in a couple of years, I was amazed at how easy it has become!  It was a nice confirmation of my skill level.  I came home, took a hot bath and followed that by a nice 2 hour nap.  I'm amazed at how my body gets wiped out...and how much sleep it wants.  I've often taken a nap after my Saturday rides...so maybe this isn't different.  Today will be the first back to back set of rides I do.  I took it easy on Saturday so I could ride today.  I'm thinking Marymoore towards Seattle.
