I started the day with a half hour swim session with the SU master's group. I felt good in the pool. I haven't been swimming much so I'm back at 1/2 hour. My hope is to step it up to 3x/week. My only swim plans this year is to be able to do the Friday morning swims in June, July and August.
Tonight I ride Tolt (mountain bike) with Julie. It will be an easy recovery ride (although I'm not sore from Chilly Hilly).
By the way, I didn't make it into this years Pac Tour. But, I definitely plan on getting in next year.
