Day one of my Blog. My hope is that this will keep me on track for my training program.
My goals include:
To be a very strong mountain / road biker.
Strength to ride hills
Endurance to ride 4-8 hour mountain bike rides this summer.
Endurance to do at least one century road ride this year.
