Today's workout was 30 minutes on the stair stepper followed by lower body weight set plus some core.
Today I bought a parking pass, it is official, my days of taking the bus are over. I decided that I missed swimming and the SU masters swim team is the most convenient place for me to swim. I'm enjoying the extra workout time this is giving me in the mornings. I can get a full hour of workout in rather than a quick 20-30 minutes.
